Cleaning frequency depends on volume: monthly(solid fuel/24-hour), quarterly (high-volume), semiannually (moderate), or annually (low-volume). The entire system—hoods, ductwork, and fans—must be cleaned to prevent fire hazards
Exhaust Fan Repair
Commercial kitchen exhaust fan repair includes fixing, replacing, or maintaining components like motors, belts, and pulleys to address issues such as loud noises, vibration, or total failure.
